his agreement is signed by you and Shenzhen Vians Smart Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Vians" or "we"), the provider of R & D and providing Vians products and services. Once you click to confirm through the web page or accept this agreement by other ways, including not clicking to confirm this agreement but using Vians products and services (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Vians Services"), you have accepted the following the terms and conditions mentioned. This agreement is effective from the time you confirm acceptance or from the time your usage occurs (whichever is earlier). If you do not agree to accept all the terms and conditions, then you will not be able to use the Vians service.
Ⅰ. Rules of Use
1. You fully understand and agree that Vians is a platform for smart device control, information sharing, transmission and acquisition. You must be responsible for all actions under your registered account, including any content you transmit and the resulting Any result. You should make your own judgment on the content provided by Vians and assume all risks arising from the use of the content, including risks arising from the trust in product’s correctness, integrity or practicality. Vians cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by users' own actions.
2. Any content you obtain from enjoying the services of Vians does not reflect the views or policies of Vians, and Vians does not assume any responsibility for this.
3. You fully understand and agree to take full responsibility for the authenticity, legality, and validity of your registered information on Vians. You must not impersonate others; you must not use any other person's name to spread any information; you must not maliciously use registered accounts to cause other users Misidentification. 5. Vians has the right to change, suspend, restrict, terminate or cancel the services of Vians unilaterally without any notice at any time due to the needs of business development. You shall bear this risk.
6. The services provided by Vians may include advertisements. You agree to display the advertisements provided by Vians and third-party suppliers and partners during use.
7. Users are not allowed to make, upload, copy, and send the following content using Vians or Vians services:
(1) Violating the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
(3) Damage to national honor and interests;
(4) Inciting national hatred. Ethnic discrimination. Undermine national unity;
(5) Undermine national religious policies, promote cults and feudal superstitions;
(6) Spreading rumors, disturbing social order and destroying social stability;
(7) Spread obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting a crime;

8. User rights and obligations:
(1) The ownership of the Vians account is owned by Vians. After completing the registration process, the user obtains the right to use the Vians account. The use right belongs to the original registrant, and it is prohibited to give, borrow, rent, transfer or sell. Vians has the right to withdraw the user's Vians account due to business needs.
(2) The user has the right to change and delete the personal information, registration information and transmission content on Vians, but please note that deleting the relevant information will also delete any text and pictures you have stored in the system. Users need to bear this risk. (3) The user is responsible for keeping the security of the registered account information and account password properly, and the user needs to bear legal responsibility for the actions under the registered account and password. The user agrees not to use the account or password of other members under any circumstances. When you suspect that someone else is using your account or password, you agree to notify Vians immediately.
(4) The user should abide by the terms of this agreement and use the service correctly and appropriately. If the user violates any of the terms in this agreement, Vians reserves the right to terminate the service provided to the Vians account of the breaching user in accordance with the agreement. At the same time, Vians reserves the right to withdraw our account and username at any time.
(5) If the user has their own common English account, then the user has the right to register the English account as a Vians account first, but if the user has not registered a Vians account within a certain period of time after the Vians service is online, or Although the user has registered a Vians account, but he did not use the English account as a Vians account, it is deemed that the user has given up the right to register the English account as a Vians account.Vians reserves the right to recycle and distribute to other users to avoid wasting resources, and the problems caused by it will be borne by the users themselves.
(6) If the user does not log in to the account for a long time after registering the account, the company will have the right to recycle the account, so as not to cause waste of resources, and the problems arising therefrom shall be borne by the user.
